Sarah Randles is an educator and instructional leader committed to ensuring teachers have the tools they need to give every student the opportunity for a rigorous and joyous learning journey. She prioritizes building relationships focused on autonomy and accountability that honor the expertise and professionalism of others.

Most recently, she was leading and coaching educators in a virtual middle school program. Prior to that, she was working as a mathematics instructional coach in the same Maryland school district in which she grew up and began her teaching career. She has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is always eager to continue growing and learning.

Sarah lives in Rochester, NY with her fiancé, dog, and 2 cats. She loves to hike and play with mixology while taking ballroom dance classes on the weekend! A few of her favorite things include coffee, ice hockey (Go Caps!), and spending quality time with loved ones.
