Sarah Randles is an educator and instructional leader committed to ensuring teachers have the tools they need to ensure every student has the opportunity for a rigorous and joyous learning journey. She prioritizes building relationships focused on autonomy and accountability

Most recently, she was leading and coaching educators in a virtual middle school program. She began her career teaching third through fifth grades in the Maryland school district in which she grew up. She later earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership and transitioned into a mathematics instructional coaching position.

Sarah lives in Rochester, NY with her fiancé, dog, and 2 cats. She loves to hike and play with mixology while taking ballroom dance classes on the weekend! A few of her favorite things include coffee, ice hockey (Go Caps!), and spending quality time with loved ones.
