Jordan Luster is a strategic education leader with over a decade of experience supporting schools, educators, and innovative learning models. She began her career as a Teach For America corps member and spent eight years in the classroom and in instructional coaching roles, where she developed a deep commitment to instructional excellence, equity, and community-centered practice. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.

Her career later expanded into nonprofit and systems-level leadership, where she designed and led national initiatives supporting school leaders and innovative education models. She now serves as Senior Manager of Educator Support at MCP, where she partners with educators to strengthen practice, build community, and translate strategy into meaningful impact.

A lifelong learner at heart, Jordan believes deeply in the power of community and collective genius. She leads with both structure and heart, creating intentional spaces where people feel connected, capable, and clear about the work ahead. Based in Atlanta, Jordan serves on the board of a local independent school and is deeply invested in the education community where she is raising her daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys learning, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
