Kelsey Reid
Math Curriculum Developer and Manager (Secondary)
With 15 years of experience in public education, Kelsey has dedicated her career to mathematics instruction, curriculum development, and educator support. She served as a middle and high school math teacher and later in instructional leadership and secondary math curriculum specialist roles in Leander, Texas, where she partnered closely with educators to design clear, standards-aligned instructional materials, support instructional improvement through coaching and professional learning, and strengthen student-centered, mastery-focused classrooms.
Kelsey is passionate about creating practical resources that make teachers’ work more manageable while honoring the complexity of teaching and learning mathematics. She strongly believes that math classrooms should center on productive struggle, deep thinking, and meaningful discourse, and that all students are capable of developing confidence and joy in mathematics when given the right opportunities and support.
Based in the Austin area, Kelsey stays busy with her four boys and one girl and their many sports activities. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, reading, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
