Allison Paul (She/Her)
Senior Manager, Educator Support
Allison began her career as a middle school math teacher in Phoenix. She helped found a STEM focused middle/high school, developing the school’s STEM program as it grew each year. She became the Assistant Principal of Instruction and was the Culture Team leader.
Looking for a larger perspective of education, Allison left the school setting and joined New Teacher Center where she was their first team member focused on math curriculum work and developing tools for coaching in PLCs. Here she worked with districts of 600-320,000 students across the U.S. to adopt new curriculum, develop new teacher mentoring programs, and create professional learning and coaching for instructional growth.
Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University and master’s degrees in secondary mathematics instruction from Arizona State University and in educational leadership and administration from Columbia University. She lives in Chicago, where you might find her running the lake path or reading in a local coffee shop.
