Virtual Mentorship
Teachers transform their classrooms starting with the Virtual Mentorship Program - a self-paced, 25–30 hour course that prepares them to implement blended, self-paced, mastery-based learning in their content and grade level.
Educators work with a personal mentor to get the support they need to:
Differentiate more effectively using instructional videos and mastery-based practices.
Spark student interest and autonomy using self-paced structures.
Update grading and management systems to make teaching more sustainable.
At the end of their training, educators have everything they need to launch a Modern Classroom of their own.
The Virtual Mentorship Program costs $750 per person. Summer sessions are enrolling now, and fall sessions begin enrollment in July.

Modern School Leader Cohort
Leaders drive lasting change in their schools with the Modern School Leader Cohort – a self-paced, 5-10 hour online training with live workshops to equip leaders with the knowledge and resources to support educators in implementing blended, self-paced, mastery-based learning in their classrooms. The cohort helps leaders to:

Learn the Approach that is transforming classrooms, instruction, and ultimately, student achievement.
Build a Vision: Collaborate with other school leaders and receive hands-on support in creating a path forward.
Lead Change: Identify lead educators and support them as exemplars on this transformational journey.
The Modern School Leader Cohort costs $1500 per person. The next cohort begins on June 25, 2025.
