Differentiating Learning with Mayflower Public Schools and Modern Classrooms Project
Mayflower Public Schools educators were struggling to support students across various levels of math readiness. With the support of a new model of instruction, they were able to shift their fourth-grade students' experience in math without leaving anyone behind. When administrators saw the Modern Classrooms Project model in action, they saw how it enables learning to move forward while giving educators time to work with students in groups. They knew there would be great value in bringing this model to all levels of learning throughout the district, and have since rolled it out in elementary, middle and high school. Dive into these Modern Classrooms in Mayflower, Arkansas and discover a new approach to student-centered instruction.
