Terri Lichlyter
Senior Manager, Program Operations & Systems

Terri Lichlyter has a background in education and technology, with a passion for improving classrooms and supporting teachers. After earning a B.A. in Speech Communication from Colorado State University, she worked with nonprofits across the country while supporting her husband’s military career. Along the way, she discovered how much she enjoyed helping mission-driven organizations build better systems

Terri now holds 10 Salesforce certifications and focuses on streamlining operations through the use of technology, including Salesforce and the organization’s learning management system. She loves finding practical and scalable solutions that help programs run more smoothly and provide educators with the tools they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Terri enjoys spending time with her family – her husband, two kids, and a multitude of pets. She loves to travel, read, and eat good food.
