Vice President of Finance and Administration

Sean brings a deep passion for mission-driven work and a strong track record of operational excellence to his role. Before joining MCP, Sean held senior leadership positions in the nonprofit healthcare and education sectors, including his most recent role as Chief Administrative Officer with responsibilities over HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance/Legal. His work has focused on driving strategic initiatives, improving systems, and building high-performing teams to deliver greater impact.

Sean completed his undergraduate work at Rice University, majoring in Economics, Psychology, and Managerial Studies. He also completed his MBA at Rice University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, riding roller coasters at theme parks and writing reviews on trending restaurants. Sean lives in Houston, Texas and has resided there for over 40 years.
