Math Curriculum Development Manager

Heather Novitski's career in education spans teaching in both elementary and middle school classrooms, instructional coaching, and curriculum development. Guided by the belief that math is for everyone, she is passionate about meeting students where they are and fostering the confidence and inclusion that transforms how they see themselves as learners and mathematicians.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Auburn University and a Master of Education in Reading from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Originally from Alabama, Heather now lives outside Ocala, Florida. When she's not working, you'll find her curled up with a good book, exploring new travel destinations with her husband, or working on home decorating projects. She's also happily owned by two golden retrievers who keep her active and entertained.
