Aida Conroy
Chief Success Officer
Aida Conroy began her career in the classroom through Teach For America in Chicago, teaching in the neighborhood where she grew up. She later became a founding teacher and instructional coach at The Noble Academy, where she helped launch the first public school in the country to use the Harkness instructional model—an approach centered on student voice, inquiry, and collaboration.
Aida grew her impact beyond the classroom during her five years at Panorama Education. As Senior Director of Teaching and Learning, Aida led three teams of advisors, managers, and facilitators, that supported more than 500 districts across the country. Her leadership emphasized building innovative, scalable systems that paired professional learning with actionable data to drive student outcomes.
Now serving as Chief Success Officer at the Modern Classrooms Project, Aida brings her deep experience in team building, professional learning, and account management to support MCP's first Success Team.
Aida attended Columbia University and holds awards for instructional leadership and teaching excellence. She lives in Chicago, Illinois, where she spends her free time cooking and walking her dog with her husband, who is a teacher at one of MCP's demonstration schools.
