How it works

We pair your adopted HQIM with three things that most programs deliver separately: curriculum-aligned resources, a dedicated relationship-driven mentor, and the classroom systems that make differentiation stick. Those systems are built around five evidence-based instructional shifts—mastery-driven pacing, visible progress tracking, flexible small-group instruction, student ownership, and precise 1:1 feedback. Together, they help teachers sustainably differentiate while protecting the rigor and integrity of the materials.

What Districts Receive

✔️ HQIM‑aligned implementation playbooks (units and lessons)

✔️ A dedicated mentor for every teacher, plus leadership coaching and support

✔️ Ready-to-use classroom resources and systems to support flexible-paced learning environments

✔️ Classroom routines that shift time to small‑group and 1:1 support

A guided path from pilot to scale

Implementation Pathway

Step 1

Discover and Plan

We review your curriculum adoption, goals, and context to identify opportunities and challenges and co‑design a pilot.

Step 2

Train and Launch

We launch training with your teachers, equipping them with the materials, mentor relationship, and classroom systems they need to get started.

Step 3

Implement and Coach

Teachers put the classroom systems into practice with a dedicated mentor coaching them throughout the year, focusing on practical routines, exemplar resources, and hands-on support.

Step 4

Learn and Scale

We assess implementation, capture learning, and expand to additional schools with refined supports and systems.

“The Modern Classroom model has been a game-changer for me and my students. It gives me the flexibility to spend real time with those students who need extra support either one-on-one or in small groups... For me, the most rewarding part is watching my students grow, not only in math, but in their confidence and independence ... MCP hasn’t just transformed my students’ learning, it has transformed my teaching, too. I feel more successful, more enjoyment, and honestly, more inspired in my classroom than I ever did before.”

Impact

After a year in our Math Mentorship Program, teachers report meaningful gains in small-group instruction time, confidence assessing mastery, and how well their curriculum works in the classroom.
